I try so hard to remember funny things the kids say, but usually forget. But, here are some that I have managed to remember:
Kate: "Mama, can you do me a favorite?" or "Let me read the corrections (directions)"
This morning Scott presided over communion. When Brooks saw him, he whispered (or rather chanted): "Da-dee, Da-dee, Da-dee"
Kate: "Mama, you stink." Thanks, dear.
Last year, the kids started asking us to "spank" something that hurt them - like, if they fell and hit their head on the chair - we would have to spank the chair. Lately, Brooks tells me that he doesn't want me to spank it, because it might break... (perhaps this is a reflection of how many spankings he is getting lately?)

Too cute....i have a question for you...
Our 5 year old Yorkie has a history of demedex and allergies to fleas. He occasionally gets a dime-sized cyst. Our vet has seen the cysts and assured us they are harmless. To this point, they have been. Today, one of those "cysts" ruptured, bled, puss, bled. After applying a little pressure, a firm solid type mass came out. Not very big, about 1/8 inch. This mass left a small hole in his back. Is this something we need to see the vet about or something we can treat with OTC meds? Thanks in advance.
ew yuck, Leigh!! but I'm interested in the answer, so I'm headed your way to see if she's answered it yet haha
and I love these seen and heard moments you share with us, Kristi!
It's nice to see how people want to ask you for free advice....Which Im sure that lady is your best friend right and you guys hang out everyday I'm sure.... I guess that kinda just makes me mad when people assume they can ask you for free advice.... If she doesn't trust her own ver then change and come to you and pay you for your time....
