Things we have learned to do since becoming homeowners:
- rewire a chandelier
- replace ceiling fans
- replace the light above the kitchen sink
- replace the front storm door
- installed a paver walkway
- caulk, mud and repair drywall
- replace bathroom exhaust fan
I have "replace bathroom exhaust fan" on my dislike list.

That looks a little like my growing to-do list! I have done a few of those things, including replacing ceiling fans (by myself I might add!). If you want to add anything else, let me know!
